Liberty Gifts was founded in 2019 by three Nigerian operators who'd grown tired of the generic-hamper economy — predictable selections, ugly presentation, and the obvious sense that nobody had actually thought about the person receiving the gift. We built an alternative: a curatorial team that chooses every item, presentation that respects the occasion, and a Lagos warehouse operation that delivers nationwide without surprises.
How we curate
Every item in our hampers is selected by our gifting team. We source from premium international brands, Nigerian artisan producers, and the small specialty makers that don't appear in standard supermarket aisles. The curatorial bar is whether we'd send the item to a friend ourselves — that's the test.
How we present
Keepsake gift boxes that recipients keep after the contents are gone. Custom wrapping for seasonal occasions. Handwritten cards (not printed). Presentation details that distinguish a real gift from a delivery. We invest disproportionately in presentation because it's what the recipient sees first.
